Volodymyr LYCHKO – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor. In 2000 after graduation from the Medical Faculty of SSU worked as a neurologist in the neurological, vascular department of MNE "Clinical Hospital 4" of SCC. In 2010 defended the dissertation on "Endothelial damage mechanisms of the blood-brain barrier in acute ischemic stroke", and for the Doctor of Medical Sciences Degree in 2021 – the thesis "Diagnostics and treatment of ischemic stroke considering membrane-receptor and immunological disorders (clinical experimental study)".
