Representing the Department of Neurosurgery and Neurology with Courses in Psychiatry, Narcology, Medical Psychology, and Occupational Diseases of the Academic and Research Medical Institute of Sumy State University, the event was attended by Professor Iryna Mudrenko, Doctor of Medical Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was organised as part of a pilot project by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The primary objective of this initiative is to implement a clinical supervision system for general practitioners and family physicians treating patients with mental disorders.<\/p>\n<p>Participants focused on mastering clinical competency assessment for primary care providers using the unified international tool \u2014 the EQUIP platform. This approach ensures high-quality service delivery and standardised monitoring of healthcare professionals&#8217; skills.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the trainers&#8217; expertise, the workshop maintained a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
